Palomar Oaks
Palomar Oaks is a prime example of our ability to listen to the community and respect the land on which we work. By carefully planning 12 homes on the 8 acre site, 83% of the native oak forest was preserved. The reviewing county arborist publicly called our preservation efforts "extraordinary."

In addition, a native grasslands preserve has been thoughtfully planned as a buffer between Palomar Oaks and our Belle Roche neighbors. In a rarely seen response, the neighbors publicly supported the project during the approval process.

With design and approvals complete, Keech Properties teamed with the renowned local builder, Juniper Homes, for final construction. These custom-built, craftsman inspired homes were completed and occupied in 2007.
