Keech Properties, LLC, located in Redwood City CA, is focused on sustainable development: balancing community needs, environmental sensitivity and economic viability. Our philosophy is to work with the natural environment and listen carefully to the community. We are dedicated to, and experienced in unique Bay Area infill projects.

Our approach and commitment is demonstrated in "The Preserve," which we just completed in Redwood Shores. The Preserve is an ecologically focused plan that dedicates 80% of the property to a landmark, tidal wetlands restoration. Ten percent is committed to a new elementary school and a neighborhood park, with the remaining 10% used for housing.

Shores Children's Center is another example of our dedication to enriching the community. Home to Children's Creative Learning Centers (CCLC), Associated Learning and Language Specialists (ALLS) and Arbor Bay School, the Center provides day care and specialty services to over 300 area families. Keech Properties is located in Suite 500 at the Center.
